The first step on making my weights was i got two 2 juice bottles and filled them up with water then i got a metal bar and connected them to the bar with some clippers but the clippers weren't enough to carry the weights because they kept on slipping so i had to use tape on them.
Each weight was about 8.2 pounds. the type of exercises u could do with these weights below are bench press but u would need a bench. the main part u can use these weights for are biceps.
The materials i used for this project were 2 juice bottles,tape,and a metal bar.
